The sector flash memory products have the following features, flexible sector architecture, top or bottom boot block configurations available, embedded erase algorithms, minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, 20-year data retention at 125 degrees, compatible with JEDEC-standards, and data polling and toggle bits.
